Entire day would get 72-85ping gaming and peak time is 190-220ping...and it would get better by 11pm... Issue starts at around 7pm.
Everyone in area same issue...when gaming thay i found out from and played with online

What area and which modem do you have Calix or Nokia?

I seriously don't know how based on your experience and issues you cannot get your contract to end without paying any fees. They definitely not keeping their end of the contract. Just giving my udpate and ofc they are aware of the ping and upload issue but nothing is being done in the short term or long term so why keep their service? Apparently them feel everyone does just use internet for youtube and social media. BS!
