Yeah ... this is the 3rd budget ... So this is the last opportunity the PNM have to gi dem. The last 2 years will be soft budgets due to the proximity to elections.

I Hope they finally devalue the dollar tho ... this is their last opportunity to make that hard but necessary decision.
